That is not harm, merely progress.Add one more item: If the law cannot be understood by an English Speaking person with an eighth grade education, it is invalid.I have a feeling a lot of laws are going out the window. I would like to see it extended to contract law, but I have a feeling we might see blood in the street over that one.
